What counts as a Project?
A project is any website you create within the builder—whether it’s a draft, an imported site, or a live site. Team members can work on different projects simultaneously.
Do I need to use a credit card?
No credit card is required to use the free Sandbox plan. Start building something awesome, and only upgrade when you want to go live.
What is White Label?
White Label is available on Studio and Agency plans. It allows you to remove branding from the builder interface so your clients see only your brand.
Can I switch plans any time?
You are free to upgrade and downgrade plans at any time, but be aware that you may need to delete projects, media, or builder assets to free up used space before you can downgrade to a smaller plan.
What happens to my projects if I stop my subscription?
You can export your projects at any time before canceling. After your subscription ends, you will lose access to the builder and your projects, but any exported files remain yours to host or import into a new account.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. We offer a free Sandbox plan so you can test the builder risk-free before committing to a paid plan.
What happens if I don’t use all my projects?
Unused project slots remain available until you reach your plan limit.
What if I need more projects?
If you need more projects than your current plan allows, you can easily upgrade to a higher plan to unlock additional project slots.
Are Agency projects truly unlimited?
There is no exact number of projects imposed on Agency plan members. Agency plan members are free to create as many projects as they can store within their allotted storage space.
